58% of small business owners spend less than 5 hours per week on marketing. Of those, 47% DID NOT EXPERIENCE GROWTH IN 2018.*
Let’s change this.
At this workshop, we’re going to challenge the way you think about marketing. We’ll broaden your view. It’ll change your life. (OK… maybe not “change your life” but it’ll help you think about marketing your business differently.)
We’ll review the benefits of a marketing-driven business – and about how connecting with your customer is the MOST important part of marketing. Oh! It’s also interactive, so bring a pencil.
What you’ll learn:
• Marketing opportunities are present throughout the customer journey
• Really connecting with customers in marketing makes them care more about your brand
• Marketing messages and moments can fit naturally into your customers’ lives (but you need to know your customer!)

Our TIGER Workshop leader is Stacy McPhillips, Marketing Strategist & Planner | Pencil Point Marketing: https://pencilpoint.marketing/
Stacy knows all the marketing stuff. She is a generalist (which means she knows a lot about a lot when it comes to marketing.) In her career, she’s marketed at Max & Erma’s, JPMorgan Chase, ScottsMiracle-Gro, SBC Advertising, and Sbarro pizza. And she’s done everything in marketing from local town events and billboard advertising to social media campaigns and filming national TV commercials.
Now (throwing off her corporate marketing hat), she teaches small businesses how to market their business effectively by developing customized marketing plans to build customer relationships.
