Parade begins at 11am New Albany Primary School parking lot and ends at Church of the Resurrection. Parade Route Festival begins at 6pm at New Albany Middle School lawn. Free parade & festival parking at New Albany School lots, Rose Run Park, on both sides of the library, the Heit Center and the New Albany Chamber parking lot.
