Due to the poor weather forecast on Thursday, and in accordance with attempting to keep our children out of cold and rainy weather at this time when colds and COVID-19 symptoms are similar, New Albany has decided to move its Halloween Trick or Treat celebration from Thursday, October 29, to Saturday, October 31, from 4-6 pm. The weather should be better for the event during this time, and the event will be over well before the OSU football game. We encourage parents to use their best judgment in determining if their children will participate in Trick or Treat.
