New Albany City Council honored the New Albany High School boys soccer team with a special proclamation to recognize their incredible achievement in winning the 2024 OHSAA Boys Division II Championship. The team’s hard-fought 1-0 victory over Cuyahoga Falls Walsh Jesuit, sealed with a 5-3 triumph in penalty kicks, secured the program’s first-ever state championship.
