911 Service Restored in New Albany

3:15 p.m. update: 911 service has been restored within the City of New Albany. Residents can once again call 911 for emergencies or use the non-emergency line for non-emergency assistance.

10 a.m. update: There is currently an outage impacting the ability to call 911, including within the City of New Albany. This issue is also affecting other jurisdictions within Franklin County. If you are experiencing an emergency or need non-emergency assistance, please call 614-855-8589.
